We make it easy: You pay us only as long as you find value in our services.

We're not a one-size-fits-all kind of business. Not in the recommendations we offer, not in how we do the work and certainly not in how we provide our services.

Some customers want us on an as-needed basis. They call when they need new salespeople trained or when they want a financial plan done, for example. For things like this, we usually charge by the hour.

Others have found they need a special project completed. Like creating an overall advertising rate structure or a critique of the news product or analysis of a potential acquisition. Then we often charge based on the time needed for the project.

Most of the folks with whom we work, however, have found they get the most for their investment by establishing an ongoing relationship with us. By offering a monthly retainer fee to our customers, we can be available to work on projects, assist with hiring, provide training and give regular insight into the operation. They generally find we keep them on track better this way, too.

Don't think your newspaper is too small, doesn't have enough people or can't really afford to hire outside expertise. Just think of us as extra help during the busy times.
